I’m just a guy that likes to make people laugh. My preferred instrument is the written word. I truly enjoy wordplay, and even wordmongering. I do have strong opinions on things, but I really try to find the upside in everything.

Murphy is an optimist.

To this day, I still take credit for coining the word “Smartasstic” back in the 90’s in early chat rooms. It’s what I am. Welcome to my little interwebs universe.

If you’re curious where my particular (peculiar?) point of view comes from, I submit the following: After graduating from an excellent high school, I spent 9 years in the Navy. I then entered the civilian world and was a salesman for a lot of years, peddling all manner of goods and services. My life changed in my mid 40’s and I decided to pursue paramedicine, and I recently let my license go when I realized I could no longer handle the physical aspects of the job. Now, I work in customer service. Want to know more? I’ll share stuff from time to time in my articles and videos.

I love my wife, and I love my life, and I wouldn’t change either for anything.
